Chamber of Commerce Customer Care Award 2016

The Customer Care category is looking for an organisation who has demonstrated exceptional Customer Care and has been recognised by clients, customers, stakeholders and colleagues.

To support the nomination, we would  hear how the chosen organisation has particularly emphasised their commitment to customer service beyond what is expected of them. They go over and above what is normally expected.

Example of behaviours and skills can be initiative, dedication, willingness to help, supportive, hard working, committed, attention to detail, open and friendly, having empathy etc.
