Hello Eileen….Yes I’m OK thanks and it was nice meeting you too. As you advised, I have seen my doctor and as you suspected, he also thinks I just have that “white coat syndrome” as I have been checking it myself every day and it’s always fine. He even watched me put it on to check I was doing it correctly and I he said I was. As you recommended, I am going to wear a 24hr Blood Pressure machine next week to be completely sure, but I have checked it at all different times of the day already with no concerns.
